We choose the hard things. The program, the people, and how to reach them.
The program
We choose the hard things. Campus One is the start of a program built for what comes next — the power, cooling and compute architecture of the superintelligence era, on NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72. Power first, on our own generation. Compute fast, on infrastructure the mainland is still waiting for.
Campus One's hall is laid out in uniform 5 MW blocks of factory-integrated NVIDIA DSX POD units, with cooling and electrical corridors sized for growth. Beyond the 35 MW first phase, the existing building carries a planned expansion path to roughly 50 MW — more than five thousand additional GPUs without new construction.
Campus One is the proving ground of a development program: dedicated AI factory capacity, powered behind the meter, delivered on repurposed industrial sites and purpose-built campuses — one repeatable design, up to 750 MW planned by 2030. The repeated unit is the NVIDIA DSX POD: the same factory-built pod, the same interfaces, campus after campus.

The team
The executive team has built, run and financed AI infrastructure at scale — hyperscale data centers, dedicated power, and the capital stack behind both. Delivery partners are engaged and under contract across engineering, power, fuel logistics, legal and finance.
