Megawatts, with dates. The committed campus, the campuses behind it, and the path from first racks to full phase.
AI factories
A program is only real when its campuses carry dates. What is committed, what is next, and what the whole program adds up to.

Campus One
The first campus is real, and it is already standing: a hardened industrial campus on U.S. soil, built to pharmaceutical-grade specification, with structure, power service, central cooling and environmental control in place. The location is announced when the choreography says so. The dates are announced now.
An existing hardened industrial campus — the long-lead capital of an AI factory, built years ago for another industry and inherited intact rather than constructed.
250 psf floors and the clear height for 200 kW liquid-cooled NVIDIA Vera Rubin racks, delivered as factory-integrated NVIDIA DSX POD units and installed inside the hall in 5 MW blocks — live July 2027 at the full 35 MW, with a growth path to roughly 50 MW in the same hall.
Behind-the-meter generation with liquefied natural gas delivered by sea and a multi-day reserve on site. A grid outage never reaches the racks.
Site identity, jurisdiction detail, drawings and the full plan of record are disclosed publicly when the project is ready.
Roadmap
Nine months, three equipment campaigns, one switch-on. The dates come from equipment lead times and infrastructure already standing — not from construction. Building on the NVIDIA DSX POD reference design moves rack integration into the factory, which is what keeps the late-stage schedule risk off this page.
Engineering survey and verification. Plant nameplates, structural confirmation, and a full-duty load test of the existing chiller plant before commitments are made.
Long-lead equipment ordered. DSX POD units, dry coolers and trim chillers — the factory slots that set the calendar.
Campus build-out. Cooling headers run on the existing pipe racks, the energy pad is prepared, and permits are filed and issued on the minor-source track.
Generation and pods arrive. Containerized generation lands on the pad; DSX POD units arrive integrated and tested, rolling in through the campus docks and connecting to power, water and fiber already in place.
Campus One live — 35 MW. The campus comes online on its own generation and sealed cooling; 175 racks, 12,600 GPUs.
